If you found an item in our showcase that you love, clicking "Have one made for you" will prefill the product and variant fields in the contact form. This is a great starting point to discuss your wishes but doesn’t have to be the final design. -
Customization Options
All our items are made to order, and customization is part of the process. You can share your preferences, changes, or specific requests in the message field of the contact form. For more complex projects or to share drawings or images, feel free to email us directly. Our contact information is always visible in the left sidebar. -
Submit an Inquiry
Submitting the contact form is not placing an order. It’s simply a way to start the conversation. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. -
Personal Communication
We believe in doing business the old-fashioned way—personally. There’s no automation here. Every item is crafted specifically for each customer, and we handle communication one-on-one to ensure everything is just right. -
Cost and Production Timeline
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll calculate the cost of your custom project and provide an estimated timeline for production. Some items may be in stock, but most are made to order. -
Delivery or Pickup
For customers in Northern Karelia, we’re happy to pick up items for repair or deliver your finished product in person. You’re also welcome to visit us for pickup. For all other locations, we ship via postal service, and shipping costs will be included in your final invoice.
Guarantee
All our products are handmade and come with a lifetime warranty. If they ever wear down, you can send them to us for repair at your expense. As long as we’re in business, we’ll restore them free of charge so they can be enjoyed by another generation.
